From the moment your order has been handed over to the delivery agent, please allow 2-3 working days for delivery or 3-4 working days for delivery to the islands.

International shipping times vary depending on the destination country

Please note that due to COVID-19 restrictions, there could be some delay due to circumstances outwith our control.

Delivery costs

Standard delivery charge is fixed at 6,90 Euro throughout the whole of Italy. Delivery is free of charge for orders over 70,00 Euro.

Delivery agents

Depending on the region the order is being sent to, our packages are delivered by SDA or TNT.

What happens if there is nobody at home?

The delivery agent will make two attempts at delivering the order. On both occasions a note will be left saying that they tried to deliver. If, at the second attempt, they are unable to deliver, the package will be taken back to the courier’s main depot.

How do I know if my order has been despatched?

Once the order has been placed, the goods are handed over to the delivery agent within two working days.

Can I track my order?

Once the order has been placed, you will receive e-mail confirmation with a link that allows you to track your order. You can monitor delivery on the delivery agent’s website.

If you do not receive e-mail confirmation, please check your Spam, Updates or Promotions mail folders.

What do I do if the goods are damaged on arrival?

If, on arrival, the goods are damaged or part of the order is missing, please contact us immediately. The Customer Service number to call is (+39) 0804803134.
