Right of withdrawal

The right to withdraw is governed by Italian law (ai sensi dell’art. 64 del d. lgs. n. 206/2005).

The customer can exercise the right to withdraw by returning the goods received in the original packaging, as long as it has not been opened and as long as there is no damage to the outer box (in which the pods are individually sealed). In this case the customer will be entitled to a refund of each intact package.

If the customer is not satisfied with the purchase for any reason, they have the right to change their mind within 14 days of receipt of the goods without stating a reason and without incurring any penalty.

These rights can be exercised under the conditions stipulated by the seller, as long as the goods have not been opened.

Any costs relating to returning the goods are the responsibility of the customer, who must ensure the goods are returned to the seller in the same condition they were received, with the packaging intact plus any instruction manuals included in the original packaging. Goods returned in any other way will not be accepted.

To exercise the right to return, the customer must send a registered letter with return receipt within the time limit stated above, to the following address: Apulia Vending, via Alessandro Fighera, 12 II trav. 74015 – Martina Franca (TA). Within the same time limit, a fax can be sent and must be followed by registered letter with return receipt to confirm the intent to withdraw. Notice of withdrawal can also be sent by certified e-mail to  apuliavending@pec.it. The right to withdraw expires at the end of the time limit  and the customer will no longer be entitled to make the application.

Apulia Vending reserves the right to check that the products have been received intact and in the original packaging. Once this has been verified, Apulia Vending will proceed with the customer refund of the price paid for the goods.

Any delivery costs sustained in returning goods to Apulia Vending are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
