A pleasing balance of perfectly ground Arabicas grown in South America and at high altitude in Africa complement the coffee’s Robusta content. Complex taste profiles, like those in Ethiopian coffee, possess citrussy and slightly spicy flavours, deep undertones of chocolate and dried fruit, mixed with notes of toasted bread. The flavours are brought out with the perfect roasting of the individual coffees.
