This coffee is made with a brand new and exclusive blend of beans from the Rio Colorado farm in the department of Copán in Honduras. The green package evokes the coffee’s connection to nature. We preferred a lighter roasting for our Morola Rio Colorado blend of beans to optimise extraction for espresso coffee but also for use with filter methods.
COMPOSITION: Arabicas from the Umami Honduras plantation, situated at an altitude of 1,300m in the department of Copán. The blend contains a selection of Caturra, Burbon, Maragoype and Colombia. A very small percentage of Washed India Parchment Screen 17 has been added to achieve a slightly fuller body.
PACKAGE: 7.5g paper filter, individually wrapped in a triple layered membrane sachet and nitrogen-flushed to preserve freshness.
USE: Espresso coffee machines with standard 44mm ESE (Easy Serving Espresso) paper pods. It can also be used with the Morola Moka, adapted for use with pods.
EXPIRY: Consume within two years of the production date on the pod.
